Returns of purchased items can be made in person or through post by prior arrangement.
Items returned to a library will be checked in person at the time of the return and a refund provided. We aim to complete the return process on the same day wherever possible, but there may be a wait of up to 14 working days or longer during busy summer periods.
if the item meets refund criteria. Items may only be returned directly to Esther Johnson, babywearing consultant with Just The Sling. Items may not be returned to any sling library location on a day when the sling library is not in attendance, or to other members of the sling library group.
To return an item by post, please e-mail justthesling@gamil .com, stating reason for return with supporting images if relevant. If the return request appears to meet the criteria set out below, a return address will be provided and a refund supplied upon receipt of the item in good condition.
In order to be entitled to a refund, the item and any accompanying accessories must be returned in the original condition of sale. If any parts are missing or damaged, the buyer seeking a return forfeits their right to a refund, although a partial refund may be considered and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances.
The amount refunded will reflect the cost of the original purchase, including any discounts or offers at the time of the original sale.
Proof of purchase may be requested at the discretion of Just The Sling, in the form of a digital receipt matching the seller’s information. Failure to display or share an accurate proof of purchase may render the return request void.
Items must be returned within 2 weeks of the date of purchase unless by prior arrangement with Just The Sling.
We aim to complete the return process on the same day wherever possible, but there may be a wait of up to 14 working days or longer during busy summer periods. When items are viewed in person, either on receipt of them in the post or by visual inspection during a library session, and defects must be highlighted to the person carrying out the check. Failure to do so, may result in the return being declined.
If an item is not accepted for return, we will inform you of why this is the case and any alternative options you may have offer a partial refund.
Items may be exchanged like for like if they meet the above criteria and are the same price as the original. Other exchanges may be considered in exchange for additional funds or a partial return.
